Chapeltown Young Peoples Club

The Club is seeking £20,000 from the NE Area Well Being Fund in return for the following 183 outcomes:

 NBRS OUTCOMES
i.  50 Young people receiving  study support, including non-traditional learners and those disaffected with learning
ii.  25 Young people receiving educational support, including those underachieving, with poor attendance and at risk of exclusion – 350 learning hours/out of school study support
iii.  5 Young people receiving mentoring
iv.  50 Pupils benefiting from projects to improve attainment, self confidence & self esteem
v.  20 Young people obtaining qualifications
vi.  15 Management Committee members recruited / trained leading to accreditation
vii.  10 Staff / Volunteers recruited / trained leading to accreditation
viii.  5 New partners recruited to provide services
ix.  3 Separate programmes run / managed / returns made
