NE Area Well Being fund are to be used specifically to:

Contribute to the interim overheads of YesCyberCafé to 31st March 2007, as follows:

i.          6-months premises rental[1] (UNITY Housing Association)

ii.        9-months utilities costs, including Leased line -Broadband Internet, Electricity, Telephones, Community Tax, Water, Gas, Insurance & Cleaning

iii.       Management Accountant Fees

Employers/Public Liability Insurance

[1] UNITY Property Services have provided the Club with a 4-month free-rent facility for June/September 06 as a contribution to the Club's cashflow.
