All aspects of the staffing of the Project needs to be reviewed, as recent personnel changes are having a significant impact on the daily running of the project. Review is needed in:

  • Leeds City Council (Youth Service).
  • TDC Outreach hours.
  • Implementation of the staffing structure funded by NYA-NSF from April 2004.

The value and impact of learndirect on the Project should be reviewed and evaluated. If it is retained, the staffing structure should reflect the volume of learners recruited.

The YES-Cyber Partnership should be extended; other colleges and interested agencies should be invited to join the Management Group.

The experience and expertise of the YES-Cyber Manager should be utilised more fully within the mainstream work of TDC, eg:

  • Primrose Hill transitional work / work with other high schools.
  • Cultural awareness / support with dealing with challenging behaviour.
  • Involvement in managers’ meetings, etc.
